Yearly plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full amount. After 30 days, yearly plans are non-refundable — you can still turn off auto-renewal at any time, and you keep access until the end of your term.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars before tax. GST/HST and any applicable provincial tax are calculated at checkout based on your business address.

You can export your breach register, audit log, task plans and reports to CSV and PDF at any time — including after your subscription ends, since cancelling a plan does not delete your account. If you want your data gone, you can request account deletion from Account settings; there is a 30-day grace period to change your mind, and then your records are permanently deleted.

Your compliance data is hosted in Montreal, Canada (Supabase). A small number of subprocessors (e.g. Stripe for payments, Resend for email) operate outside Canada under contractual safeguards — see our DPA and subprocessors pages.
